As most of you know, I am in Mexico. In partnership with a local nonprofit organization Angel Notion we have begun an investigation of children with disabilities kept behind closed doors. On a fact finding mission on the island of Cozumel, we have discovered an 8 year old little girl who is desperately in need of your help.
